Shipping Policy

We ship most items from the United States, along with select items from our international warehouse partners. All orders are made to order or carefully prepared before shipping.

Processing Time
Most made-to-order items require 2–5 business days to process.
Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 1 business day (excluding holidays or peak seasons, where slight delays may occur).

Handmade Items
Certain items, such as our handmade rugs, are crafted individually and may require up to 2 weeks to complete before shipping.

International Warehouse Production
Some items are produced by our international warehouse partners and may require up to 2 weeks for processing before shipment.

Estimated Delivery Time
United States items: 3–7 business days after shipping
International items: 10–14 business days after shipping

Total Delivery Time
Domestic orders: approximately 5–10 business days
International orders: approximately 10–21 business days

Shipping & Delivery
Because we ship from multiple locations, your order may arrive in separate packages at different times.

Order Security
Your purchase is secure with us. If your package is lost during transit, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items due to incorrect address entry, theft, or other circumstances after delivery. In these cases, refunds or replacements cannot be guaranteed.
