Returns & Exchanges

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us within this time to start a return.

Final Sale
Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Sale Items
Sale items are eligible for return unless they are marked as Final Sale.

Wrong or Incorrect Items
If we made a mistake and sent the wrong item, you do not need to return it. We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Returns (Change of Mind)
If you are not satisfied with your item or no longer want it, please contact us to request a return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If you need a return shipping label, we can provide one and the cost will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, we will provide a return shipping label once your request is approved.

Refunds
Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method, excluding original shipping costs.

Store Credit
Store credit is available as an alternative to refunds.
